Tapuey Mountain Rice Wine
Tapuey is a popular local drink served during rituals or traditions. The ancient art of making tapuey has been handed down from generation to generation and has evolved from its traditional use.
It is made from locally produced glutinous rice, cooked, fermented, and stored in earthen jars for two months. Shiny and clear in appearance, it leaves a sweet and tangy taste in every sip.
