Do you have a physical store?
You can visit us at our cafe and experience store at unit GF5 Grand Soho Building H.V. dela Costa St. Salcedo Village, Makati. Our store is currently open from Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm.
Do you accept new suppliers?
Yes, we would love to collaborate with more companies that do good. You can send your social enterprise story via thegoodstoreph@gmail.com.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
For deliveries within Metro Manila, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, it may take upto 10 working days. However, since some products are handcrafted or made-to-order, some social enterprises might need at least a week to fulfill the orders and these details are disclosed in the product pages.
Do you consolidate multiple items to a single delivery?
Yes, we consolidate multiple items in a single delivery. Take note that some products are handcrafted or made-to-order, some social enterprises might need at least a week to fulfill the orders and these details are disclosed in the product pages.
Can you send individual deliveries to multiple recipients?
Yes, you can order separately in the website so you can also track it properly. For bulk orders with more than 10 recipients, you can also email us at thegoodstoreph@gmail.com.
Do you do same day deliveries?
If the items are available, you can have it picked up at our experience store in Makati. The delivery rate will be based on actual delivery rates of Grab or Lalamove.
How can I check the delivery status or follow up on my order?
We will provide you tracking number in your confirmation page. Additionally, you may contact us through thegoodstoreph@gmail.com to check the status of your order. Just provide the order number and your email address and we’ll provide you an update right away.
How can I pay for my orders?
Orders placed online can be paid through the following options:
- Bank deposit to BPI. Account details will be provided through email upon checkout.
- Credit card or PayPal. From our checkout page, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to process your payment. You can either sign in with your PayPal credentials if you have an account or input your credit card information.
- Gcash transfer. Below is our Gcash QR Code.
Are credit card payments secure?
Credit card payments are processed via PayPal’s secure platform. Our website complies with the highest global standards of security and is regularly tested for vulnerabilities.
Can I return or exchange items I’ve ordered?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us through thegoodstoreph@gmail.com or send us a message via Facebook or Instagram within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to inform us why you are requesting a return or exchange. We will get in touch with you right away to address the issue or coordinate a product return/exchange.
What should I do if there’s a missing or incorrect item in my order?
As soon as you notice something amiss with your order, contact us through thegoodstoreph@gmail.com or send us a message via Facebook or Instagram within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). If there are missing items, we will send those to you at no additional cost.
