How long will it take before I receive my order?
The items can be shipped within 1-2 working days upon arrival in our warehouse. However, since some products are handcrafted or made-to-order, some social enterprises might need at least a week to fulfill the orders and these details are disclosed in the product pages. We will also provide you an order ETA in the confirmation email.
Do you consolidate multiple items to a single delivery?
For your convenience, we try to consolidate multiple items in a single order to the least amount of deliveries possible. However, since some products are handcrafted or made-to-order, some social enterprises might need at least a week to fulfill the orders and these details are disclosed in the product pages. We also make adjustments for food items and other perishables which need to be delivered as soon as they arrive in our warehouse or on the next day.
How can I check the delivery status or follow up on my order?
We will provide you with an ETA of your order in the confirmation page and email after you check out. Additionally, you may contact us through email@example.com to check the status of your order. Just provide the order number and your email address and we’ll provide you an update right away.
How can I pay for my orders?
Orders placed online can be paid through the following options:
- Bank deposit to BPI. Account details will be provided through email upon checkout.
- Cash on delivery. Kindly give the exact amount (including delivery fee) to our delivery personnel when your items arrive.
- Credit card or PayPal. From our checkout page, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to process your payment. You can either sign in with your PayPal credentials if you have an account or input your credit card information.
Are credit card payments secure?
Credit card payments are processed via PayPal’s secure platform. Our website complies with the highest global standards of security and is regularly tested for vulnerabilities.
Can I return or exchange items I’ve ordered?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to inform us why you are requesting a return or exchange. We will get in touch with you right away to address the issue or coordinate a product return/exchange.
What should I do if there’s a missing or incorrect item in my order?
As soon as you notice something amiss with your order, contact us through email@example.com or send us a message within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). If there are missing items, we will send those to you at no additional cost.
